CHRISTCHURCH FREIGHTER TEAM & TRANSCOLD GEAR UP FOR SUMMER
Summer is just around the corner, and both the Christchurch Freighter team and Transcold are gearing up for a busy season. Freighter’s Christchurch branch is buzzing with activity, as they work hard to meet increasing demand. Meanwhile, Transcold has some exciting news of their own – they’ll be welcoming a new apprentice next month! This addition signals growth and fresh energy within the team as they prepare for a busy, productive summer season.
FAIRFAX AND FREIGHTER RISE TO THE CHALLENGE
Both Freighter and Fairfax teams have been kept busy thanks to Ali and Faizal’s tireless efforts to secure work. Their persistence has allowed us to expand the repairs team by eight members, bringing the total to 19 across both sites. Some of the Fairfax team have also been regularly collaborating with Ali’s team at Freighter, ensuring we maintain our high standards of service. We’ve been particularly busy with Countdown’s Progressive truck refurbishments, delivering 3-4 units weekly to their satisfaction. Next, we’ll be implementing menu pricing to streamline the process and improve efficiency.
